SAMCO is a joint venture between Carrier Corporation (a division of United Technologies Corp.), USA and Juffali. SAMCO manufactures window type air-conditioning units, duct free split units and commercial product units. SAMCO also supplies air conditioning services throughout Saudi Arabia.

AL-WATANIA FOR PAPER PRODUCTS FACTORY

AL-Watania Paper Products (WAPER) has a production capacity of 15000 MT of cartons and 15000 bundles of egg trays.

The factory been designed taking into consideration the division of the Products and Materials loading and unloading area into two areas with an independent outside access for each makes for a more spatially organized and practical manufacturing factory, adding a logical, sequential aspect to the process which begins with the unloading of raw materials and ends with the loading of the finished product without crossing traffic patterns The design include the steel hanger design

CONSOLIDATED CANS MANUFACTURING COMPANY FACTORY (CCMC)

Our design strategy followed the terms of the workflow-diagram (Production process) to get the minimal requirements of the ceilings, the distances between the working steps and the necessary enclosed areas. An innovative air delivery system reduces the need for duct work, effective thermal and acoustic insulation, and improved air and water quality.

AL-ESAYI FOR BEAVERAGES FACTORY

The design intent was to convert the land area into a large column-free assembly space, with sufficient clear height to move material around the area, and make a seamless connection to the existing factory floor.

The design considered five main volumes – offices, laboratories, production halls, utilities and warehouse- which are combined in a compact scheme, structured through the circulation between each piece, freeing each program and allowing access control to each of them. The necessity to have spaces of internal growth to future extensions.
