Year: 2014Our design strategy followed the terms of the workflow-diagram (Production process) to get the minimal requirements of the ceilings, the distances between the working steps and the necessary enclosed areas. An innovative air delivery system reduces the need for duct work, effective thermal and acoustic insulation, and improved air and water quality.

Year: 2013The factory been designed taking into consideration the division of the Products and Materials loading and unloading area into two areas with an independent outside access for each makes for a more spatially organized and practical manufacturing factory, adding a logical, sequential aspect to the process which begins with the unloading of raw materials and ends with the loading of the finished product without crossing traffic patterns

ALPHA FACTORY FOR INK & PRINTERS MATERIALS

Year: 2013The essential idea was a bright-colored facade that reflects the factory industry which is ink and printing materials production, but at the same time an appropriate/relevant and congruous with external environment facade of the building. In any weather, at any time of the year it gives exhilaration to employees and to local citizens alike.

Year: 2013The design intent was to convert the land area into a large column-free assembly space, with sufficient clear height to move material around the area, and make a seamless connection to the existing factory floor.

Year: 2013The design considered five main volumes – offices, laboratories, production halls, utilities and warehouse- which are combined in a compact scheme, structured through the circulation between each piece, freeing each program and allowing access control to each of them.
